Although we initially anticipated finishing up the delivering the first units by the end of 2009, after running cameras through our sewer pipes, to see what kind of shape they were in, we decided to cut the concrete and completely replace the 40 year old sewers pipes, which were cracked below each of the buildings. Although this came at a significant expense, we decided that it was a the right thing to do.
