The Amenities and Features of The Riverside Grove include:

• Gated Community – The Riverside Grove is a gated community and will offer an auto gate and intercom for guests to contact the residents.
• Pool – The Riverside Grove’s pool, which will be maintained by the HOA, is a resort-style pool and offers both shaded and open areas by the pool to relax in.  A fountain in the background completes this Zen like setting.
• Fitness Center – Adjacent to The Riverside Grove’s pool will be a fitness center equipped with a wide range of fitness equipment and machines for both beginners and advanced fitness aficionados.
• Private Park with Jogging Trail – Tucked in the back side of The Riverside Grove property is a private park with a 1/8th mile Zen-like path for walking or jogging. Along your walk you can enjoy the tall mature pecan trees, community fountains and more.
• Picnic areas with BBQ grills throughout – The Riverside Grove will provide the grills; you provide the culinary imagination. Grills will be located near the shaded picnic area in its private park.
• Community Wi-Fi – The Riverside Grove’s HOA fee includes free Wi-Fi for its residents and will be accessible inside the townhomes or anywhere on the property.
• Plenty of Parking – Each residence will be assigned a one covered carport and, depending on the model, one open parking space.  The carports will be contemporary and constructed of steel and standing-seam galvanized roofing, for a contemporary look.
• Golf Course – The beautiful Riverside Golf course, previously known as “The Austin Country Club and Golf Course” sits directly across the street from The Riverside Grove.
• Tennis/Basketball Courts – Convenience is abounding at The Riverside Grove with City of Austin Tennis and Basketball Recreational Courts immediately adjacent to the north side of the property.
• Sports Complex – For our active residents and families, only a 5 minute walk from The Riverside Grove, at the end of Grove Boulevard, sits a beautiful Sports Complex with fields for baseball and other sports and trails to Ladybird Lake.
